Scenic Mad River Committee (SMRC)

Rivers Unlimited is collaborating with SMRC for inclusion of the Mad River in the prestigious Ohio Scenic Rivers Program. Recently, SMRC completed a designation study of the Clark County section of the Mad River. This project is an unprecedented public-private partnership between the Scenic Mad River Committee (SMRC), a group of local river enthusiasts who want to bring distinction to their beloved river, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
